US Roofing Services operates as a lead generation and referral service that connects homeowners and property owners with independent, third-party roofing contractors and professionals ("Contractors" or "Service Providers"). Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Roof Repair: Facilitating connections with Contractors for leak repair, shingle replacement, flashing repair, and other corrective roofing work.
• Full Roof Replacement: Connecting Users with Contractors for complete tear-off and replacement of existing roofing systems.
• Roof Inspection: Arranging professional roof inspections with detailed reports and recommendations.
• Emergency Roofing Services: Facilitating urgent connections for storm damage, sudden leaks, and other emergency roofing situations.
• New Roof Installation: Connecting Users with Contractors for new construction roofing projects.

We do not directly perform any roofing work. All roofing services are performed by independent Contractors who are not employees, agents, or partners of US Roofing Services unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

By using our services, you agree to:

• a Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting quote requests, including your name, phone number, email, property address, and a truthful description of your roofing needs.
• b Not submit fraudulent, misleading, or false information, including requests for properties you do not own or are not authorized to act on behalf of.
• c Not use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.
• d Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
• e Communicate directly and honestly with Contractors we connect you with, and promptly inform us of any issues, disputes, or concerns.
• f Ensure that you have the legal authority to request roofing services for the property in question.

When you submit a quote request through our Site or by phone, we forward your information to one or more Contractors in our network who serve your geographic area. You understand and agree that:

• Quotes and estimates provided by Contractors are their own and do not represent guarantees or price commitments by US Roofing Services.
• Final pricing may differ from initial estimates based on the Contractor's on-site assessment, materials selected, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.
• We strive to respond to quote requests within 24 hours, but response times may vary based on location, service demand, and other factors.
• Submission of a quote request does not create a binding agreement between you and US Roofing Services or any Contractor.

US Roofing Services provides its referral and lead generation services to homeowners at no cost. Our revenue model is based on fees paid to us by Contractors in our network, not by Users.

Regarding payments for actual roofing work:

• All payment terms are negotiated directly between you and the Contractor you select.
• US Roofing Services does not collect, process, or handle any payments for roofing work performed by Contractors.
• We recommend that all payment agreements, deposit requirements, and payment schedules be clearly documented in a written contract between you and your chosen Contractor before work begins.
• Be cautious of Contractors who demand large upfront payments before any work has commenced. A typical industry practice is a deposit of 10–30% with the balance due upon satisfactory completion.

All roofing work is performed by independent third-party Contractors. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Contractors are independent entities and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of US Roofing Services.
• While we make reasonable efforts to vet and verify the licensing, insurance, and background of Contractors in our network, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, legality, or suitability of any Contractor's work.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting a Contractor, negotiating terms, and entering into a contract for roofing services.
• US Roofing Services is not a party to any contract between you and a Contractor and bears no responsibility for the performance, non-performance, or breach of such contracts.
• We encourage you to verify a Contractor's license status with your state's licensing board, confirm their insurance coverage, check references, and obtain a detailed written estimate before proceeding.

Any warranties or guarantees related to roofing work, materials, or labor are provided solely by the Contractor and/or the material manufacturer, not by US Roofing Services.

Our "quality guarantee" or "satisfaction guarantee" refers to our commitment to:

• Attempt to resolve any legitimate concerns or disputes between you and a referred Contractor through mediation or communication facilitation.
• In cases where a Contractor's work is found to be demonstrably deficient and the Contractor fails to remedy the situation, we may, at our sole discretion, connect you with an alternative Contractor or offer other reasonable remedies.

This guarantee does not constitute a warranty on the roofing work itself. Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Workmanship warranties are subject to the terms agreed upon between you and your Contractor.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, US ROOFING SERVICES AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
• Property damage, personal injury, or death arising from or related to roofing work performed by any Contractor.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party.
• Errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless US Roofing Services and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site or services.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to copyright, property, or privacy rights.
• Any claim that information you submitted caused damage to a third party.
• Any dispute or issue arising between you and any Contractor referred through our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you specifically consent to:

• The collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The sharing of your contact information and roofing request details with Contractors in our network for the purpose of providing you with quotes.
• Receiving phone calls, text messages, and/or emails from us and from Contractors regarding your roofing request. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

The Site, including all content, features, functionality, software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and the overall arrangement thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of US Roofing Services or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Site.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the Site.
• Download (other than page caching) any portion of the Site or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted on the Site.
• Use the US Roofing Services name, logo, or any other trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A breach of these Terms by you.
• Submission of fraudulent or misleading information.
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our staff or Contractors.
• Any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is harmful to the Company, other Users, Contractors, or third parties.

You may stop using the Site and services at any time. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

US Roofing Services shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, or severe weather events.
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or insurrection.
• Government actions, orders, or restrictions, including declared states of emergency.
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.
• Power outages, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
• Labor disputes, strikes, or shortages of materials or labor.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at the contact information provided below and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within this period, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in the state where our principal place of business is located.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration under Section 14 shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

For any matters related to roofing work performed by Contractors, the applicable state and local laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located shall govern the contractor's work and any related disputes.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site and services thereafter.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Posting a prominent notice on the Site.
• Sending an email notification (if you have provided your email address and opted in to receive communications).

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
